What are the differences between plans?

Can I change my plan at any time?

Yes! You can change your plan at any time— keep in mind that the plan frequency and plan type may impact when and how your plan changes. We recommend reviewing any notices that appear before confirming a change.

 

How do I change my plan?

You can change your plan in your Account area. Go to the Plan tab, choose Monthly or Annually, and click or tap “Upgrade” in the plan box. You can read more about changing your plan here.

Will I be prorated if I switch between plans?

If you switch between paid plans, you may be prorated or credited depending on the type of plan you’re switching between.

 

If you switch from a paid plan to the free plan, your paid features will end on your next billing cycle date.

  • For example, for monthly plans, if you activated your paid plan on the March 3rd and you cancel your plan on March 15th, your paid plan features will end on the April 3rd.
  • For example, for yearly plans, if you activated your paid plan on March 3, 2023, and you cancel your plan October 26, 2023, your paid plan features will end on March 3, 2024.

 

How do I change or manage my billing information?

You can manage your billing information in your Account area. Go to the Plan tab, and click or tap “Manage Billing” on the right-hand side of the page. You’ll be redirected to Stripe’s billing management page, where you can manage your payment method, billing address, and view your invoice history. Will I get notified that my plan is renewing?

Notifications of monthly plan renewals will be emailed monthly. Notifications of yearly plan renewals will be emailed 45 days before the renewal date.

 

What’s the cancellation policy?

Paid plans can be cancelled at any time in your account. Your paid features will revert to free features at the end of your billing cycle.

  • For example, for monthly plans, if you activated your paid plan on the March 3rd and you cancel your plan on March 15th, your paid plan features will end on the April 3rd.
  • For example, for yearly plans, if you activated your paid plan on March 3, 2023, and you cancel your plan October 26, 2023, your paid plan features will end on March 3, 2024.

 

What’s the refund policy?

For monthly plans, you can reach out to help@highnote.fm within three (3) days of your purchase or renewal and request a refund.

 

For yearly plans, you can reach out to help@highnote.fm within 30 days of your purchase or renewal and request a refund.

 

If you’re past three (3) days on your monthly plan or 30 days on your yearly plan, your plan will end on the next renewal date after cancellation. See “What’s the cancellation policy?” above for more information.

 

I accidentally chose the wrong plan. What can I do?

You can reach out to help@highnote.fm and let us know what plan you’d like to be on. Please keep in mind that our refund policy applies here.

 

I want to delete my account and request that my data be removed.
