Upgrading my account
You can upgrade your account to a paid plan by going to the waffle icon on the top left-hand side > click the three dots next to your profile picture > choose Account. From here, go to the Plan tab > choose a plan and click “Upgrade.”
When you click “Upgrade,” you can confirm or cancel your upgrade.
When you confirm, you can enter your card details on the next screen, and click “Subscribe” to confirm your upgrade.
Once your upgrade is complete, you can see your current plan labeled as “Current Plan.”
Changing my plan
You can change your plan by going to the waffle icon on the top left-hand side > click the three dots next to your profile picture > choose Account. From here, go to the Plan tab and choose either Downgrade or Upgrade depending on the plan you’re on.
If you Downgrade or Upgrade a plan, depending on whether you’re on a Monthly or Annual plan, you may see prorated charges.
Canceling my account
By downgrading your account to a Free plan, you’re canceling your paid plan with us. If you’d like to delete your data, you can reach out to us through our Contact Us page with your request.
