Can I download Highnote?
Highnote is not a downloadable platform at this time.
We are a web-based app but supported on all mobile devices. Be sure to have the latest version of web browsers for optimal use.
Does my account have a storage limit?
There is no storage limit.

Desktop
On desktop, you can access Highnote through Google Chrome and Safari.
Mobile
You can access Highnote on all mobile devices updated with the latest version of native and any downloaded web browser
What file types can I upload?
You can upload the following types of audio files:
MP3, WAV, MP4
You can upload the following types of image files:
JPG, PNG, GIF
At Highnote, we don’t compress your files! That means that bigger files may take longer to successfully upload depending on your connection.
